Oct. 27: The Making of a CD: Discussion and Performance

Producer Jane Ring Frank joins Lomon and pianist Eileen Hutchins to discuss the process of recording for Parma Records.  Eileen Hutchins will perform Lomon’s work “The Sunflower” (2010) and “Five Ceremonial Masks” (1980) inspired by the Navajo Yeibichai Night Chants Ceremony.

 Free of charge, open to all, handicapped accessible.                                     Presented by the Women and Music Mix of the Women’s Studies Research Center, Brandeis University.
